Amendment of paragraph 2
In the Films (Classification — Exempt Video Games) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 339/2019), in paragraph 2, in the definition of “psychoactive substance”, after “volatile solvent,”, insert “and includes any specified psychoactive substance within the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993,”.
