40. Directors to submit copy of financial statements

The directors of a finance company must submit to the Authority a copy of the financial statements made under section 201(1) and (2) of the Companies Act 1967.

“finance company” means any company licensed under this Act to carry on financing business, and all branches and offices in Singapore of such a company are deemed to be one finance company for the purposes of this Act;
