56. Operation of Act not to affect Companies Act 1967
Feedback & supportNothing in this Act affects the operation of the Companies Act 1967, and any company that is liable to be incorporated under that Act continues to be so liable as if this Act had not been passed but in case of conflict between that Act and this Act the provisions of this Act prevail unless otherwise provided in this Act.
