27. Amendment of section 50

In the ITA, in section 50 —

in subsection (11), delete “, in the manner specified by the Comptroller,”; and

after subsection (11), insert —“(11AA) A company must give the written notice using the electronic service, except that the Comptroller may in any particular case or class of cases permit the written notice to be given in any other manner.”.
