54. Amendment of section 35

In the Property Tax Act 1960, in section 35 —

in subsections (1) and (3), replace “21 days” with “28 days”; and

after subsection (5), insert —“(5A) Any document necessary for the purpose of filing an appeal under subsection (1) or (3) must be served on all parties who have an interest in the matter, within 28 days after the date of the decision of the Board.”.
