103A. Interpretation of this Division

In this Division —“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;“data” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Computer Misuse Act 1993;“police officer” means a member of the Singapore Police Force.

“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;
“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;
