Regulation 8
Refund of fees by Authority
The Authority may refund, in whole or in part —
(a)
any fee paid to the Authority in respect of an application for the grant of a licence under the FTA or SIA referred to in regulation 7(1), (2), (4), (6), (9) and (10); or
(b)
any fee paid to the Authority under the FTA, IIA or SIA before 1st October 2002 that the Authority considers it necessary to refund.
