Definitions

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —“exempt gas transporter”, “gas”, “gas transporter”, “gas pipeline”, “gas transmission pipeline” and “internal pipe” have the same meanings as in section 2 of the Gas Act 2001;“gas pipeline works” means fire safety works, insofar as they relate to the construction, alteration or repair of any gas pipeline or internal pipe.

Definition
