Requirement for quantitative risk assessment report, etc.
A request for the confirmation of the Commissioner for the purposes of paragraph 3(1), 4(1) or 5(1) or (2) shall be supported by such information as the Commissioner may require, including a quantitative risk assessment report or other risk analysis report on the fire safety risks associated with the conveyance of gas through the gas transmission pipeline prepared by a person who, in the opinion of the Commissioner, is qualified to give such a report.
