Disclosure of reportable arrangements mentioned in section 77(1)(c) — extended deadline for initial reporting period
For the purposes of section 77(1)(c), a disclosure of reportable arrangements for the period from 29 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) —
(a)
must be given to the competent authority no later than 31 January 2025; and
(b)
may be given together with a disclosure of reportable arrangements for the year 2024.
