In the Gambling Control (Fundraisers — Class Licence) Order 2022, in the following provisions, replace “or (d)” wherever it appears with “, (d) or (da)”: Paragraph 2(1), definition of “eligible person”, paragraph (e) Paragraph 2(1), definition of “sponsoring eligible person” Paragraph 2(1), definition of “sponsorship‑like arrangement”, paragraphs (a) and (b) Paragraph 6(a) Paragraph 8(1)(a)(x).
