Section 59
Entry into premises by gas transporter for purposes of inspection
Subject to section 60, a person authorised by a gas transporter may, after 7 days’ notice to the occupier of any premises, or to the owner of the premises if they are unoccupied, enter upon and survey the premises for the purpose of ascertaining whether the premises would be suitable for use for any purpose connected with the carrying on of the activities which the gas transporter is authorised by its gas transporter’s licence to carry on.
