11. Availability of BPCM installations and DRCM installations
Feedback & supportWhen any BPCM installation or DRCM installation malfunctions, the meter owner shall repair or replace, or cause to be repaired or replaced, the BPCM installation or DRCM installation in such manner as may be necessary to rectify the malfunction within 7 days of his discovery of the malfunction.
