12. Time and date
Feedback & supportEvery meter owner shall ensure that each BPCM installation, BPRM installation or DRCM installation he owns is referenced to Singapore time and date, and that such time is maintained within a margin of error not exceeding —
(a)
in the case of a BPCM installation or DRCM installation, plus or minus 5 seconds of the actual Singapore time and date; and
(b)
in the case of a BPRM installation, plus or minus 2 seconds of the actual Singapore time and date.
