reg 1Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 October 2026.
reg 2Amendment of Part 2 of First Schedule
In the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 318/2022) (called in this Notification the principal Notification), in the First Schedule, in Part 2 —
in items 7, 8, 9, 33 to 36 and 44 to 49, in the second column, in paragraph (b), delete “(as specified in the contract)”;
in items 7, 8, 9, 33 to 36 and 44 to 49, in the second column, in paragraph (b), before “raised under”, insert “as specified in and”;
