13. Amendment of Second Schedule

In the principal Notification, in the Second Schedule —

after item 2A, insert —“2B. The Government Chief Digital Transformation Officer, Smart Nation Group, of the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, where the Ministry of Digital Development and Information is primarily responsible for the negotiation, management and administration of the service‑wide contract.2C. The Chief Corporate Officer of the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, where the Ministry of Digital Development and Information is primarily responsible for the negotiation, management and administration of the service‑wide contract.”;

in item 11, replace “The Senior Director, Technology and Logistics Policy Division,” with “A Senior Director”; and

replace item 21 with —“21. The Director (Function), Procurement of the Defence Science and Technology Agency, in respect of a service‑wide contract not exceeding $10 million or a variation order of any service‑wide contract, where the Defence Science and Technology Agency is primarily responsible for the negotiation, management and administration of the service‑wide contract.”.
