Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 1 April 2026.
Amendment of Part 11 of First Schedule
In the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 318/2022), in the First Schedule, in Part 11 —
in item 3, replace the first column with —“3.Director of Finance/Financial Controller”;
in item 5, replace the first column with —“5.Director, Human Resource”;
replace item 7 with —“7.Ministry Chief Information Officer/Chief Information Officer/ Director, Computer Information Systems Department(a)Contracts for telecommunications and IT services not exceeding $1 million.
Works Orders/Service Requests not exceeding $1 million.”; and
in item 8, replace the second column with —“(a)Contracts for telecommunications and IT services not exceeding $90,000.
Works Orders/Service Requests not exceeding $90,000.”.
Replacement of Part 14 of First Schedule
