Clause 83

Application of this Part

(1)

This Part applies to the following persons:

(a)

a contributor;

(b)

a user;

(c)

a System Operator;

(d)

a discloser as defined in section 45;

(e)

a recipient as defined in section 45.

(2)

To avoid doubt, this Part does not affect the operation of the Cybersecurity Act 2018 in relation to a cybersecurity incident or cybersecurity threat as defined in section 2(1) of that Act.
