Section 48
Non-compliant health products and active ingredients
For the purposes of this Part —
a health product is considered as being non‑compliant if —
it has been manufactured, imported or supplied in contravention of this Act;
it is an adulterated health product, a counterfeit health product, a health product that has been tampered with or an unwholesome health product; or
it does not comply with such requirements as may be prescribed in relation to it; and
an active ingredient is considered as being non‑compliant if —
it has been manufactured, imported or supplied in contravention of this Act; or
it does not comply with such requirements as may be prescribed in relation to it.
