Regulation 13
Conduct of clinical trials: good clinical practice
Subregulation 1
Every person conducting a clinical trial must do so in accordance with the principles of good clinical practice.
Subregulation 2
The sponsor must put and keep in place arrangements for the purpose of ensuring that the principles of good clinical practice are satisfied or adhered to by all persons involved in conducting the clinical trial.
