Regulation 20
A person must not, by coercion, intimidation, deception or misrepresentation, cause, compel or induce another person —
(a)
to be, or continue to be, a subject in a clinical trial; or
(b)
to give consent, or refrain from withdrawing consent, for the purposes of a clinical trial.
