Application for variation of approved advertisement
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 21(1) of the Act, a person must not make any variation to the contents of an advertisement approved by the Authority under regulation 9, unless the variation is approved by the Authority.
Subregulation 2
An application for variation of an approved advertisement must —
be made in the form and manner specified on the Authority’s website; (b)be accompanied by such particulars, information or material as the Authority may require; and
be accompanied by the relevant application fee specified in the Fees Regulations.
Subregulation 3
If the Authority approves any variation of an approved advertisement, the variation —
may be subject to such conditions as the Authority may impose; and
takes effect from such date as the Authority may specify in its approval of the variation.
Subregulation 4
To avoid doubt, the variation under paragraph (3) does not extend the period of approval of an advertisement under regulation 9.
