No advertisement of oral dental gums except with prior approval of Authority
Subregulation 1
Subject to the prohibition in regulation 8, for the purposes of section 21(1) of the Act, a person must not advertise or cause to be advertised any oral dental gum in an advertisement, unless the advertisement is approved by the Authority.
Subregulation 2
An application for, or to renew, the Authority’s approval of any advertisement must —
be made in the form and manner specified on the Authority’s website;
be accompanied by such particulars, information or material as the Authority may require; and
be accompanied by the relevant application and approval fees specified in the Fees Regulations.
Subregulation 3
Any approval by the Authority under this regulation —
may be subject to such conditions as the Authority may impose; and
is valid for a period of one year after the date on which the approval is granted or renewed, unless the approval is cancelled earlier under section 27 of the Act.
