In the HSA Act, after the Second Schedule (as renamed by section 14), insert —“THIRD SCHEDULESections 36A, 36C(6) and (7) and 42Transferring departments of Ministry of Health1.Regulatory Compliance Division2.Regulatory Transformation Division3.Surveillance and Enforcement Division”.
