44. Amendment of CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019

In the CareShield Life and Long‑Term Care Act 2019 —

(a)

in section 56(1), after “public officer”, insert “or an officer of a public authority”; and

(b)

in section 60(a), after “public officer”, insert “or investigator appointed under section 46(1)”.
