Summary proceedings against NPCC cadets
Where an NPCC cadet in a unit is to be dealt with under section 11 of the Act for any misconduct, act or omission, a report in writing stating the particulars of the alleged misconduct, act or omission, and the witnesses to the alleged misconduct, act or omission must be made by the NPCC officer in immediate command of the NPCC cadet to the cadet’s NPCC officer‑in‑charge.
