100. Supplemental budgets

The Board may at any time cause to be prepared a supplemental budget to provide, subject to section 104(2)(d), for unforeseen or urgently required expenditure containing —

“Board” means the Housing and Development Board established under section 3;
(a)
a revised estimate of the income for the current financial year;
(b)
a revised estimate of the expenditure for the current financial year; and
(c)
a statement showing how provision is therein made to meet additional expenditure.

A supplemental budget must be dealt with in the manner provided in section 99 for the annual budget.[70
