Section 107

Any person who obstructs any officer of the Board, or any person duly authorised by the Board in that behalf, in the performance of any thing which the Board is by this Act required or empowered to do shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.[79
