Housing and Development (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) Rules 2026

These Rules are the Housing and Development (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) Rules 2026 and, except for rule 2(c), come into operation on 15 July 2026.

In the Housing and Development (Common Property and Open Spaces) Rules (R 3) (called in these Rules the principal Rules), in rule 2 —
