Citation and commencement
This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 3 April 2026.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Ang Mo Kio
Street 11, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, Mayflower Rise and Mayflower Avenue,
comprised in Lot number 13267P in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment
Blocks 104A and 104B are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot
in Plan 1.

2. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Ang Mo Kio
Street 21 and Ang Mo Kio Street 11, comprised in Lot number 13248W in
Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 253 and 253A are erected, which
blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Street 51
and Pasir Ris Drive 1, comprised in Lot number 01187K in Mukim 29 and on
which Apartment Blocks 544, 545, 546, 547, 548, 549 and 550 are erected, in Lot
number 01223W in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 551, 552, 553,
554, 555 and 556 are erected, in Lot number 01395A in Mukim 29 and on which
Apartment Blocks 557, 558 and 559 are erected, and in Lot number 01337L in
Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 560, 561 and 562 are erected, which
blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

comprised in Lot number 03277A in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment
