Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2026

This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 5 May 2026.

The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Boon Keng Road,

Bendemeer Road, Kempas Road and Serangoon Road, comprised in Lot

number 01815W in Town Subdivision 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 4, 5

and 6 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Cassia Crescent,

Pine Lane and Pine Close, comprised in Lot number 05257P in Mukim 25 and on

which Apartment Blocks 28 and 30 are erected, and in Lot number 05255W in

Mukim 25 and on which Apartment Block 56 is erected, which blocks are each

marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.
