Citation and commencement
This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Revitalisation of Shops Scheme) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 17 June 2026.
Declaration of precinct for Revitalisation of Shops Scheme
The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purposes of carrying out commercial property upgrading works in connection with the Revitalisation of Shops Scheme.
THE SCHEDULE
All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 22 and
Bishan Street 24, comprised in Lot number 12285K in Mukim 18 and on which
Apartment Blocks 279, 280, 282, 283 and 284 are erected, and which is more
particularly delineated in the Plan.
