Prescribed customer due diligence measures

For the purpose of section 12B(1) of the Act, a licensed housing developer must perform the customer due diligence measures prescribed in this Part in relation to each of its purchasers of a unit of any housing accommodation in a building project undertaken by the licensed housing developer.
