Endorsement of names of wife and children on permits, passes and certificates

Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, it is lawful for the Controller, on application made in that behalf in the prescribed form by the holder of, or by an applicant for, a permit, pass or certificate, to endorse upon the permit, pass or certificate issued to that person the name or names of the wife or child of that person.
