These Regulations are the Immigration (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 20 June 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Immigration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2025 (G.N. No. S 599/2025), in regulation 2(a), after “6A(6),”, insert “9AA(7)(a),”.
