Section 66
A Court may authorise a person to take evidence on its behalf, with such limitations (if any) as the Court directs, in relation to a trade dispute of which it has cognizance and that person shall have all the powers of the Court to secure the attendance of witnesses and to take evidence on oath or affirmation.
