This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 12) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 23 November 2021.
The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place. (2) The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.

The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
The Protected Places (No. 4) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 612/2010) is revoked.
