2. Premises declared to be protected place and surrounding area
Feedback & supportThe premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place. (2) The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
Subregulation 1
The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place.
Subregulation 2
The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
