17. Saving and transitional provision
Feedback & supportIn respect of any commission of inquiry appointed under section 2 of the repealed Commissions of Inquiry Act (Cap. 48, 1985 Revised Edition) (called in this section the repealed Act) before 1 November 2007, the repealed Act continues to apply to such commission of inquiry and all matters arising from it as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.

“commission” or “commission of inquiry” means any commission of inquiry appointed by the President under section 3, and includes the members of the commission, or a quorum of the members, or the sole member, sitting for the purposes of the inquiry;
