Notice at foot of every judicial management order
An order placing a company under the judicial management of a judicial manager must, in accordance with Form CIR-9, contain at the foot of the order a notice stating that it will be the duty of the persons mentioned in section 106(3) of the Act to make out the company’s statement of affairs and to attend on the judicial manager at the time and place appointed by the judicial manager.
