Proof of notice of creditors’ meeting
An affidavit in accordance with Form CIR-10 by a judicial manager or the judicial manager’s solicitor or the agent of either of those persons that the notice of any meeting has been duly sent in accordance with the provisions of the Judicial Management Regulations is sufficient evidence of such notice having been duly sent to the person to whom the notice was addressed.
