Procedure where creditor appeals
The judicial manager must, within 3 days after receiving notice from a creditor under regulation 47(2) of the Judicial Management Regulations of the creditor’s intention to appeal against a decision rejecting a proof, file the proof with the Court, together with a memorandum of his or her rejection of the proof.
