Form of winding up application

Subregulation 1
A winding up application must be —
(a)
in Form CIR-11 if it is made by the company itself; or
(b)
in Form CIR-12 if it is made by a person other than the company.

Where an application to wind up a company is made by a person other than the company, that person must be referred to in the application and all proceedings as the claimant.
