Application under section 113 of Act
Subregulation 1
The affidavit supporting an application under section 113 of the Act must set out the reasons why the applicant’s remuneration and expenses as judicial manager of the company were not previously approved by the Court or the committee of creditors before the applicant’s cessation as judicial manager of the company.
Subregulation 2
The applicant must give at least 7 days’ notice of the application to the company and any person who, at the time of the application, is a judicial manager or liquidator of the company.
