Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 6 May 2026.
Amendment of regulation 19A
In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 586/2020), in regulation 19A, replace “section 254(2) and (2A)” with “section 254(2A)”.
Amendment of regulation 19B
In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) Regulations 2020, in regulation 19B, replace “section 254(2) and (2A)” with “section 254(2A)”.
