37. Compulsory insurance
Feedback & supportThe Institute may require any person who attends any course or avails himself or herself of any facility provided or approved by the Institute under this Act to be insured against personal injuries and loss of life.

“Institute” means the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore established under section 3;
