40. Obstructing officers of Institute
Feedback & supportAny person who obstructs or hinders any officer, employee or agent of the Institute acting in the discharge of his or her duty under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
