Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“composite insurer” means a direct insurer or reinsurer licensed to carry on both life business and general business;“direct life insurer” means a direct insurer licensed to carry on life business;“direction” means a direction issued by the Authority under section 64(2) of the Act.
