Regulation 16

Arrangements affecting control of approved insurance brokers

Subregulation 1

Every approved insurance broker shall immediately inform the Authority of any change in the control of the insurance broker.

Subregulation 2

For the purposes of this regulation, section 12A(7) of the Act shall apply as if every reference to authorised reinsurer were a reference to approved insurance broker.
