Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“Offshore Insurance Fund” means any insurance fund established and maintained in respect of offshore policies under the Act;“Singapore Insurance Fund” means any insurance fund established and maintained in respect of Singapore policies under the Act.
